QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate’s Degree - Required
• Bachelor’s Degree- Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license - Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
• 1 Year- Nursing/patient care with frail/elderly in an in-patient nursing or home health setting - Required
• 2 Years- Nursing Experience- Preferred

• Practice Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
• On Call Rotation
• No Weekends or Holidays
