Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, from an accredited educational institute, or in process and completed within 3 years of hire into position.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 3 years of experience in emergency, trauma, or critical care nursing
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration or Business
- ACLS, PALS (must be AHA accredited) upon hire
- TNCC Instructor status upon hire, or ability to achieve
- A RN with 20 years of experience will not be required to obtain a BSN.
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory or charge nurse capacity
