REQUIREMENTS
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
- Master’s degree or combination of Bachelor’s degree and experience preferred.
Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience required.
- 10 years of experience preferred.
- 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
- 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Lead clinical operations across assigned areas to ensure meeting performance metrics and other quality initiatives.
- Provide strategic clinical leadership and support targeted goals of assigned program.
- Lead clinical operations to provide high quality, cost effective services.
- Measure effectiveness and take steps to review and ensure continuous improvement of services, policies, processes, performance and programs.
- Develop and align strategies and initiatives from data analytics, trends and other findings that drive performance and goal achievement.
- Assess and optimize revenue opportunities that drive performance in clinical operations, including creating new programs that support these objectives.
- Manage annual budget.
- Provide input to the budget process by assisting in monitoring of budgeted and unbudgeted expenses, and demonstrating good stewardship of financial and human resources.
- Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
