Description:
Primary Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the RNC Branch Manager, the primary responsibility is to initiate the Residential New Construction installation team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position may be considered.
- Previous experience in the construction industry, preferred.
- Computer literate with knowledge in Service Titan and working knowledge of all office equipment.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Eligible to legally work in the United States.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to speak Spanish, preferred but not required.
- Successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- BOM (Pick List): Redline prints, adjust material take-offs, scan and email to Estimating, provide ready jobs after review to Warehouse to pull and stage.
- Readiness Checks: Schedule jobsite readiness checks within Service Titan and complete forms with supporting pictures.
- Job Completion Walks: Schedule completion walks within Service Titan and complete forms with supporting pictures.
- Work in progress: Meet with installers while work is in progress and layout expectations on completion of work.
- Builder Care: Face to Face time spent with Builders while in subdivision. Meet and speak with Builders daily. Discuss readiness checks, incomplete work ( punch outs ), plan of action on completing outstanding work.
- Job Status: Daily reporting of all outstanding past due jobs with the projection of the next day’s status.
- RNC Jobs Behind Spreadsheet: This is located on Teams shared file and will need to be updated Mon-Fri with jobs behind for roughs, trims and # jobs behind due to missing material. This should be completed after sending in job status. Both should mirror each other with the number of jobs behind information. Builder information will need to be added to this spreadsheet.
- Schedule Update: Once the job site visits for readiness are complete, an email with a picture of the noted ready and bumps from assistant supervisor will be sent to the Admin and the schedule will be updated. This must be completed daily.
- Office Care: Organizing paperwork in the correct order stored in at the assigned location.
- Safety: Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
- Manager Requests: Responsible for special projects as requested by management and other duties/ responsibilities as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
- Policies: Ensure compliance with all Del-Air policies and procedures.
