Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
The Road Logistics Sales Representative works within the Road Logistics Function. The road logistics in Kuehne+Nagel is a fundamental asset and provides road shipping and road forwarding solutions to achieve customer performance goals. Partners with clients belonging to a wide spectrum of industries (Pharma Healthcare, Perishables, Project Logistics, Automotive, Industrial and High Tech) and offers a wide range of tailor-made and end-to-end services
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct proactive sales calls, visits, and presentations to new and existing customers in alignment with sales development managers
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering company solutions, and most suitable services with focus in road logistics products
- Promote the achievement of agreed sales targets and business objectives
- Collect customer feedback, fostering service improvement, and providing support in case of needs
- Manage data and information; contribute to Customer Engagement Strategy implementation ensuring high levels of service quality
- Own accountability for customer retention according with set KPIs
