Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to drive growth and expand our market presence in Luxembourg and Germany. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of road logistics and a proven track record in developing strategic business relationships.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or similar level of education in transport business;
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar position as field sales in freight forwarding or 3 years of operational experience in same;
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the road logistics business, market and network solutions;
  • Experience with logistics process, systems and solutions;
  • Strong oral and written communications skills in English and German (C2 or native);
  • Effective presentation and customer relations skills;
  • Goal oriented, self-disciplined and self motivated to produce results;
  • Drivers license;
  • Able to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

Are you a seasoned professional with extensive experience in logistics and freight, ready to lead our Road Logistics sales team? You’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the point of contact for KN solutions and service sales for the Road Logistics business unit and leasing with National Sales & Road business unit specialist;
  • Identification and obtain of new customers through sales “hunting” activity, in line with the business unit Set up and network and withing the assigned branch office territory and portfolio;
  • Develop and maintain existing customer portfolio;
  • Meet or exceed Sales performance targets and salesperson activity targets;
  • Perform all aspects of the sales process and input & update all relevant activities utilizing KN systems daily;
  • Conduct mutually agreed periodic business reviews with the customer and maintain close/ongoing, communication with customer and KN Operations to assure expectations are satisfied.
