POSITION SUMMARY:
Are you good with your hands, have a knack for all things technical? Join Johnston Equipment as a Road Service Technician.
As the Road Service Technician, you will be conducting maintenance checks and diagnosing repairs for lift trucks and carousels at customer sites.
EDUCATION
- Automotive Technician Certification or Designation preferred
- Lift Capacity Inspection Technician Certification an asset

Responsibilities:
- Examine overall operational integrity and condition of the trucks.
- Find defective or worn out mechanical or electrical parts then communicating and executing next steps for repair solutions to the customer.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose and order parts according to technical manuals.
- Document and analyze breakdowns based on standard procedures.
- As a technician, you are the front line contact between GNJ and the customer, so you are comfortable with client contact as well as being technical savvy
