Responsibilities:
Provide emergency mechanical assistance on member vehicles, such as jump-starts, battery testing, selling and installation of batteries, tire changes, delivering gasoline, lock-out services, and minor vehicle repairs as permissible.
Responsible for towing vehicles to specified location following correct safety and towing procedures.
Be the “face” of AAAWA to our members who are stranded and in need of emergency roadside service while providing excellent customer service.
Perform electrical, fuel or other system diagnosis on vehicles.
Perform minor vehicle repairs on assigned vehicles.
