Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Roaming Partner Manager to grow our roaming Partnerships in Europe and APAC. In this role you will build long lasting relationships with identified key market players including negotiation and managing agreements. This role reports to VP, Network Sales and location can be in any of our European entities: Finland, Sweden, Germany, France or UK.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and engage charge point operators (CPOs) and emobility service providers (MSPs) to expand our network.
  • Manage and drive partnership and contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of partners and key stakeholders to grow our network.
  • Collaborate effectively with Virta Product, Technology, Sales & Legal teams to align offerings with market needs and technical capabilities.
  • Organize and oversee the technical integration of new partners to ensure smooth communication and data transfer.
  • Provide relevant market intelligence analytics to optimise our positioning and deliver reports and data for leadership team to support strategic decision making.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in partnership management or business development role, preferably within the emobility/telecom industries.
  • Strong track record of successfully negotiating and managing roaming agreements in an international context.
  • Strong understanding of global roaming regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Residency in EU
