Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

We are in search of a Robotics Engineer with a Master’s or Ph.D. in Robotics or related fields, possessing strong skills in Linux, C++, and ROS. The candidate will play a pivotal role in developing advanced robotic systems, with responsibilities across various sites in Singapore and potentially overseas. The first year will be under a government-supported traineeship program, offering a monthly stipend and structured training. Upon successful completion, the role will transition to full-time employment, with salary adjustments based on educational qualifications and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess a Master’s or Ph.D. in Robotics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in Linux, C++, and ROS.
  • Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of robotic systems.
  • Effective project management skills with a track record of leading successful projects in robotics.
  • Willingness to participate in a 1-year government-supported training program and commit to full-time employment afterward.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of robotic systems, focusing on innovation and practical application.
  • Research and implement solutions in robotic motion planning and control systems, particularly in Linux, C++, and ROS environments.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of robotic systems.
  • Conduct tests and simulations to ensure optimal performance and reliability of robotic systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotics and automation to drive continuous improvement.
