Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experienced in the area of personal injury law.
- A degree or diploma in legal studies, paralegal studies, or a related field.
- Proficiency in PC Law
- Ability to manage and organize legal documents and case files
- The capability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a legal team.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, lawyers, and other legal professionals.
- Precision in reviewing and proofreading legal documents to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities:
- Support the lawyers in case preparation and strategy
- Assist in drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, claim demands and applications
- Organize and maintain legal files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, hearings, and meetings for the lawyers
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters
- Assist in preparing and filing legal documents
- Assist in the investigation and gathering of evidence for cases
- Handle administrative tasks, such as billing, timekeeping, and record-keeping
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice area
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.
