We are seeking a Technical Engineer to cover London and the M25 corridor providing expert technical support, site inspections and training for our cutting-edge roofing solutions. KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Extensive industry experience in bitumen felt, single ply, and built-up roofing systems
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally at all levels
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Conduct on-site inspections and monitor installations to ensure compliance with company specifications
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for roofing contractors and clients
• Assist with project sign-offs, guaranteeing quality workmanship and compliance
• Deliver training and assessments for system installers
• Investigate and resolve complaints, producing detailed technical reports
• Collaborate with sales, technical and marketing teams on product development and innovation.
