SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in a similar industry or product.

YOUR ROLE:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented professional to join the Dulux Acratex team and help optimize business profitability and market share within our texture and roofing customer segments. This exciting role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment and enjoys working with a wide variety of stakeholders, from contractors and stores to internal teams and industry influencers. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective networking, relationship building, and strategic influence.
You will be supported by a comprehensive training and induction program, ensuring you are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed across CRM systems, products, and strategies. The ideal candidate will have solid commercial acumen, strong experience in CRM systems, and a data-driven approach to decision making. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute a consistent call plan in alignment with the national framework, ensuring effective outreach and engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Maximize sales within the coatings industry by fostering and nurturing effective relationships with substrate suppliers, industry groups, and associations.
  • Manage and plan contacts and projects through the CRM database to streamline communication and optimize project tracking.
  • Drive category growth within the texture and roofing coatings market, identifying opportunities to expand market share.
  • Lead the execution of both local and national promotional sales initiatives to boost product visibility and sales performance.
