Nursery: Bright Horizons Hendon Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary: Starting from £29,845.20 + per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Location: Hendon, North London, NW4
We are looking for a full time, Level 3 or above qualified Room Leader to join our 2-3 years room at Bright Horizons Hendon Day Nursery and Preschool. the nursery is situated in Hendon, North London and benefits from great public transport links!
The stunning 73-place setting, which is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, is based in a large converted house with spacious and well-resourced rooms and a great garden area, perfect for lots of outdoor teaching and learning!

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education
• Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areas
• Deliver and plan rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, to help all children to develop and meet their individual milestones
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and/or carers, as well as other professionals, to meet the individual needs of each child
• Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding
• Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment
