We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Room Service Waiter to join our dynamic team at Sea Containers London. As a Room Service Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and professionally, ensuring an exceptional in-room dining experience.90

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms accurately, efficiently, and with a friendly attitude.
  • Set up trays and tables according to hotel standards, ensuring all items are presented neatly and attractively.
  • Provide guests with exceptional service, answering any questions about the menu and making recommendations when appropriate.
  • Ensure all orders are accurate and that special requests are accommodated.
  • Clear trays from guest rooms and corridors promptly, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Handle cash and card payments accurately, ensuring all transactions are processed according to hotel policies.
  • Communicate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Respond to guest requests and feedback, resolving any issues professionally and courteously.
  • Assist with stocking and maintaining the in-room dining area, ensuring all supplies are readily available.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Salary: £11.90p/h plus tronc
