Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
SRG requires multiple Level 1, 2 & 3 Rope Access Technicians to be a part of our growing national campaign projects team, working on various geotechnical projects around Australia.
Here at SRG, we are looking for individuals who thrive on working in team environments and developing collectively. SRG has committed to financially supporting and mentoring Level 2 Technician’s in their pursuit to obtaining their Level 3 licence.
Level 3 Technicians will play an integral part in leading daily project activities and importantly, mentoring and supervising the works of Level 1 and 2 Rope Access Technicians.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Conduct rope access works, ensuring projects run smoothly and according to scope.
- Rope access equipment inspections and pre-use checks.
- Installation of ground support anchors
- Installation of ground support mesh and accessories.
- Mixing grout to specification.
- Implement testing where required/requested.
- Liaising with the Site Manager/Supervisor regarding any issues
- Operating equipment such as pneumatic drills, telehandler, light vehicle, and service trucks.
- Maintaining all equipment.
