Responsibilities:

MŌ TE TŪRANGA | ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated Roster Coordinator to become an essential member of our team. As part of a team of five, you will be responsible for deploying staff resources within rosters to ensure the needs of the people we support are met.
This role is crucial to our organisation’s success, so we are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with the staff to ensure engagement and help us maximise our exceptionally talented employees.

Duties include:

  • Working collaboratively with the Roster Team to ensure rosters are maintained
  • Co-ordinate and manage rosters to ensure they are appropriately staffed at all times
  • Receive last minute leave requests (sick, bereavement, discretionary etc) and provide effective rostering solutions for these
  • Record and provide accurate occurrence logs throughout each shift
