Responsibilities:

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

  • High-level experience in rostering staff in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience using EMPLive system will be of particular advantage
  • Exceptional customer service with a friendly and confident phone manner.
  • Ability to utilise relevant software for rostering duties and written communication.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills

As a Rostering Coordinator, supported by our site admin teams will manage master rosters, shift replacements and payroll processes for our employees. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing master rosters within our rostering system (EMPLive) as well as ongoing, long- and short-term rosters
  • Coordinate the rostering of new employees for induction and buddy shifts according to policy and direction.
  • Manage daily roster changes and ensure fortnightly roster projections, distribution, and publishing.
  • Reallocating shifts, managing planned and unplanned leave and exceptions
  • Communicating updates and informing staff of shift allocations & replacements
  • Ensuring staff are working/rostered within EA requirements and payroll reporting is ready for payroll sign off with General Managers
  • Coordinating, managing and resolving enquiries in a high-pressure environment, including escalation of issues.
  • Process planned and unplanned leave and perform general administration tasks.
  • Audit staff timesheets for payroll processing.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
