Responsibilities:
This position is primarily responsible for the management of the Rostering Officer team and the coordination of day-today- operations, to ensure the creation of accurate and efficient rosters for Collectors and Reliever Collectors and filling planned and unplanned vacancies across the Collector Network in a timely and appropriate manner.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Coach and support team to work towards shared organisational goals and strategy.
- Ensure rosters within designated area are available at least six (6) weeks in advance of the current date.
- Ensure and monitor timely and accurate data entry within the Kronos WFD to ensure accurate rostering based on employee skills and client requirements.
- Participate in testing updates on WFD/AS functions.
- Implement new Systems updates including updating procedures and workflows.
