ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience managing a diverse team across multiple locations
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Strong well developed administration skills, including the ability to effectively manage timelines, and coordinate tasks
  • High-level experience in rostering staff in a dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in a rostering within an aged sector environment
  • Proactive and professional work ethic with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to be able to work with a broad range of people from varying backgrounds
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

We are seeking a skilled Rostering Team Leader to play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency of our workforce. Your ability to confidently utilise technology and effectively interact with our team will be key to your success. The Rostering Team Leader will provide leadership, guidance and support to our team of Rostering Administration Officers.
