Description:

We are recruiting for a Rota Co-Ordinator who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
The post-holder will Support the Medical Rostering Lead in the coordination & administration of the medical staffing on-call rotas within unplanned care using Medirota (e-Rostering) system.
The post holder will also co-ordinate the sickness, study leave and special leave for all medical staff identifying and escalating risks with input and support from the lead Consultants, Senior registers and the leadership team.
The post holder will also provide assistance and advice to new and existing users of the system.

To ensure that the medical team comply with all Medirota (e-Rostering) system and processes.
Maintain operational staffing functions associated with E-Roster and all associated systems and processes.
To undertake all administrative changes required to the system.
To provide first line support to system users
To provide technical support, answering support queries either via phone, email or face to face.
To maintain a high degree of customer service.
Process changes, requests, and forms in a timely manner, whilst being aware of when further guidance may be required.
Directs unresolved issues to relevant resource.
