Description:
We have two business operations, namely Car Grooming & Cleaning Services and Laundry Services. We are looking for someone who intends to be a vital part to manage both our businesses. We operate our business through three different branches in Auckland ( Papakura, Penrose and Onehunga) and now are looking to fill the role of Rotational Customer Service Manager who can look at both businesses at different branches.

SKILLS REQUIRED IN THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Either a minimum of three years of work experience in a relevant field is required OR any relevant tertiary-level qualification minimum Level 4 or higher can be considered in case of no experience. (Overseas equivalent qualification is also acceptable)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Should be flexible to work at both branches.
- Strong team player, leader, self-starter, and positive catalyst required
- Experience in customer services along with team handling within the same industry is a plus
- Proficient computer skills including major software is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Customer surveys and other types of research to gauge the overall level of client satisfaction and address areas of concern
- Work along with the Marketing Manager with regard to the development, expansion and growth of the company
- Provides feedback on the sales/customers satisfaction of the company on a weekly basis
- Managing, motivating and developing staff proving customer services.
- Developing and implementing after sales services to follow up customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring complaints are carefully analyzed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Closely liaise with customers on any damage caused to their cars (if any) / or dissatisfaction from the services provided while cleaning by groomers and offer the suitable discounts/ or future offers.
- Coordinate booking and customer satisfaction processes.
- Primary point of contact when service issues can’t be resolved by a front-end employee
- Acts as a direct liaison with all major dealers and regular customers
- Handling all incoming phone call for the whole business and handling each enquiry as it comes in.
- Know the client base well
- Generate customers for the business while offering special offers/ discounts to the existing clients
- Maintaining high level of customer service on enquiries for sale
- Follow up on the customer/ delivery sales register.
- Ensuring that client feedback is given due consideration
- Research market identify event opportunities and generate interest
- Manage / train and supervise customer service team which includes their job tasks, rosters, leave approval request etc.
- Dealing with online vendors in running campaigns to market the business.
- Any other responsibilities that may be delegated by the Director.
