CNH Industrial is seeking Technical Systems, Engineering, Data Science or General Agricultural majors who are passionate about process improvement, product support, and who are customer focused. This opportunity will give you the chance to explore several specialties by completing four six-month rotations in various Dealer and Customer Support departments. Employees will gain a broad understanding of how our cross-functional teams work together to support our business while at the same time creating a network across the organization and exploring future career paths. This role will provide valuable training on key programs, systems, and skills. After completion of the rotations, employees will be placed in positions that match their interests and skills and continue on the path to become future leaders of the organization. Responsibilities:

  • Support key tasks and projects within each Dealer & Customer Support department you are assigned to, including development of training and support materials, feedback of ways to improve communication to the technical support community, and providing resources that support an improved dealer and customer experience post-purchase.
  • Examples could include:
  • Support field service team in improving reporting and communication of key information to dealers
  • Payment and processing of warranty claims
  • Support in the development and delivery of warranty training
  • Collaborate for process efficiencies on training facility management
  • Develop web-based training modules for product support
  • Support in-class training experiences on products
  • Assessments of product certification learning paths
  • Provide dealer support on technical product issues
  • Develop of marketing materials and expanding sales opportunities for dealer maintenance plans
  • Support of Top Tech dealer tech recruiting program
  • Investigate and help resolve dealer and customer issues
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiencies.
  • Working on projects involving large amounts of data
  • Working with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Support special projects and critical initiatives
  • Create and analyze reports
  • Prepare presentations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Technical Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Agricultural Business or General Agricultural
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

  • Product and Precision Technical Aptitude
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Strong leadership skills

The annual salary for this role is $61,000 - $89,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
