POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering, Chemistry or related field, or commensurate demonstrated experience in plastics processing industry.
- Experience: 5 years plastic injection molding engineering experience.
- Licenses/Certification: none required
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Working knowledge of standard quality control and production floor procedures.
- Microsoft Office literate.
- Outstanding teamwork, leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Possesses effective communication skills.
