FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Commercial Pool and Spa is seeking a highly organized and motivated Route Manager to oversee the daily operations of our service routes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient route management, maintaining high standards of customer service, and leading a team of service technicians. This role is critical in optimizing our service delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Route Planning: Develop and implement efficient route schedules to maximize productivity and minimize travel time.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Customer Service: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and service standards.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of service activities, route performance, and customer interactions.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, including route inefficiencies, technician performance, and customer concerns.
- Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, ensuring that service vehicles are stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on route performance, service metrics, and team productivity for upper management.
- Manage Service Technicians: Schedule service techs, supervise teams during training programs, and assist with training and onboarding of new service techs.
- Troubleshooting and Assessing Repairs: Troubleshoot and assess repairs to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Field Operations: Spend 80% of the time in the field meeting with clients, supervising techs, shadowing, and training on the road.
