QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

You should be proficient in:

• Provide route relief for our designated route sales representatives, ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional customer service.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers to understand their needs.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations at all times.
