Responsibilities:
We have recently had an opportunity arise for a New Deals Assistant to join the Royalty Payments team on a permanent basis. You will work with the New Deals Manager to assess how to best set up each new reporting obligation, deciding whether to systemise or create a bespoke reporting template. To do this you will need to collate and interpret legal and financial information from contracts and various ITV rights and finance systems. You will be passionate about television and eager to contribute to the success of ITV.
Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing new deal contracts and ensuring the right reporting method (automated or manual) is identified
- Setting up new reporting templates
- Working with other team members to solve queries
- Providing technical guidance and support to other team members
- Working effectively with other areas of the business
- Assisting other members of the team to hit deadlines and KPIs when required
- Assisting with new Royalty system testing and migration activities as required
- Working with the New Deals Manager to deliver continuous process improvements
- Keeping up to date with new media and industry developments
