OVERVIEW

Come join the Intuit PACE (Payroll, Automation, and Customer Experience) Team as an RPA Analyst/Developer.
As an RPA Analyst/Developer in this role, you will be responsible for developing and automated processes to effectively streamline and improve HR operations. You will collaborate with Business Analysts on the team to deliver automation solutions to process owners across the organization.
You will be responsible for designing, building and testing process automation solutions using UiPath and other RPA (Robotics Process Automation) tools. You will partner with our team’s Business Analysts and end users to deliver automation solutions that enhance HR productivity and efficiency. You may also provide production support to automations within the HR organization.
To succeed in this role, you should be willing to learn HR business processes and have the ability to identify opportunities for automation. You should have strong critical thinking, process mapping and optimization skills, as well as a solid foundation in programming and enterprise application systems.
Additionally, you must be able to handle ambiguity, be self-motivated to figure out the total picture, and propose resolutions or make appropriate decisions tailored to the project at hand.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing processes and identifying optimization, standardization, and automation opportunities
  • Partner closely with Business Analysts and external partners to implement automation solutions
  • Assist in producing Process Design Document (PDD) and Solution Design Document (SDD) as inputs to RPA development
  • Design, build, test, implement, maintain and support RPA solutions to automate processes
  • Assist in the testing and validation of RPA solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are error-free
  • Provide support for RPA solutions in production, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Assist in training end users on using RPA solutions
  • Learn and interact with different enterprise systems that are used
  • Collaborate with internal IT team (t4i) to set up and maintain RPA technical infrastructure
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices pertaining to automation tools and continuously share knowledge with the team.
  • Learn and become proficient in new automation industry tools as they are adopted by the team to expand our solution offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Automation Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure alignment with best practices while delivering high-quality automation solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with a team to achieve project objectives and help foster a cohesive, collaborative team culture that delivers results and drives innovation
