Role:: RPA Developer
Location: Wilmington, PA (Onsite 4 days/week, Remote 1 day/week)
Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation. Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools.
Configure and maintain RPA bots to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. Collaborate with business teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve RPA-related issues.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for RPA solutions. Stay updated on the latest RPA technologies and trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in RPA development and implementation.
Proficiency in at least one RPA tool (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). Strong understanding of programming concepts and scripting languages (e.g., Python, .NET).
Experience with process analysis and design methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with RPA implementation in a regulated environment (e.g., healthcare, pharmaceutical).
Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.
Experience with cloud-based RPA platforms
