Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying automation workflows to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years similar or related experience required
  • Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent certifications, or comparable experience required
  • UiPath Automation Developer Associate certification (UiADA)
  • UiPath Automation Developer Professional certification (UiADP) is preferred
  • Proven experience as a UiPath Developer with a track record of successful RPA implementations
  • Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C# or VB.NET, and experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze and automate complex workflows
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality automation solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and team members
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Technical Product Managers and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements for RPA projects
  • Design, develop, and maintain UiPath automation workflows to automate repetitive and manual processes
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure reliability and accuracy
  • Optimize existing automation processes to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity gains
  • Adhere to best practices in RPA development, ensuring scalability and maintainability of solutions
  • Document technical specifications, workflows, and process documentation for RPA projects
  • Assist in the deployment and support of RPA solutions in production environments
  • Collaborate with other business units to integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications and systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UiPath features and advancements, incorporating them into automation projects when appropriate
  • Provide support to end-users and fellow team members on UiPath tools and best practices
  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships throughout all business units
  • Perform other duties as assigned
