Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying automation workflows to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years similar or related experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent certifications, or comparable experience required
- UiPath Automation Developer Associate certification (UiADA)
- UiPath Automation Developer Professional certification (UiADP) is preferred
- Proven experience as a UiPath Developer with a track record of successful RPA implementations
- Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# or VB.NET, and experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze and automate complex workflows
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality automation solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and team members
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Technical Product Managers and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements for RPA projects
- Design, develop, and maintain UiPath automation workflows to automate repetitive and manual processes
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure reliability and accuracy
- Optimize existing automation processes to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity gains
- Adhere to best practices in RPA development, ensuring scalability and maintainability of solutions
- Document technical specifications, workflows, and process documentation for RPA projects
- Assist in the deployment and support of RPA solutions in production environments
- Collaborate with other business units to integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications and systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UiPath features and advancements, incorporating them into automation projects when appropriate
- Provide support to end-users and fellow team members on UiPath tools and best practices
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships throughout all business units
- Perform other duties as assigned
