This is a superb opportunity to join an established law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm, it is now seeking to appoint a paralegal in the RTA team, they will be accountable for managing their own caseload and advising on liability and quantum.
The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging experience, including handling pre-litigated cases involving Motor claims for corporate clients. You will be handling a range of interesting cases completing initial investigations, using the MOJ Portals, reviewing medical records and considering quantum before negotiating a settlement.
