Responsibilities:
As an Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting training and assessment services. Your responsibilities will include accurate data entry, office administration, and student liaison to support our students’ outcomes.
Key responsibilities include,
- Support day-to-day RTO operations.
- Maintain databases and records with precise data entry.
- Timely follow-up on enquiries and communications with students, trainers, customers, and stakeholders.
- Manage trainer and student documentation from enrolment to completion.
- Cultivate professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and government standards.
