The applicant should have a background in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, with experience in supervisiing relevant educational institutional projects.

• Scope of works includes supervision and co-ordination of all Mechanical & Electrical works
• Check all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shop drawings)
• Ensure that all installations are in accordance with the Working / Approved Drawings, and applicable local Codes, Regulations and Standards
• To attend site meetings and site walks with developer and consultants as required
• Assist the Consultants in supervision and inspection of construction work on site
• Monitor project progress schedule and quality standards
• Maintain and update site records on project progress
• Inspect and monitor quality of workmanship of M&E works on site
• To witness all the inspection, testing and commissioning sessions performed by the subcontractors to ensure compliance with designs and specificationsTo prepare defect lists, monitor progress of rectification works and ensure all defects are satisfactorily rectified
