Australian Training Plus is seeking an experienced and motivated RTO Program Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team.
ABOUT US
Australian Training Plus (ATPlus), a not-for-profit organization and part of Joblink Plus, operates as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. We offer 60 qualifications and numerous short courses across NSW, with a mission to empower individuals by connecting them to education and meaningful work.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Ideally you will have,
- High-level organization and coordination skills.
- Excellent administration, written communication, and computer literacy.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
- A supportive customer service approach, ensuring professionalism is always maintained.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using Student Management Systems (VETtrak) and Learning Management Systems (Moodle) (preferred).
- Sound knowledge of ASQA, regulatory frameworks, and licensing bodies (preferred).
REQUIREMENTS
- Current NSW Drivers licence
- NSW Working with Children Check (or prepared to obtain)
- National Criminal History Check (or prepared to obtain)
Responsibilities:
We’re hiring an RTO Program Coordinator to coordinate, administer, and deliver vocational training programs to support the needs of internal and external customers. In this crucial role, you’ll create programs and skillsets utilizing funding bodies where applicable and manage training programs. Responsibilities include handling enquiries, providing program support, and managing student data to support our student’ outcomes.
Key responsibilities include,
- Promptly follow up on leads and enquiries.
- Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to generate programs and identify opportunities for new or expanded offerings.
- Build a network to create training program opportunities.
- Coordinate all facets of course programming, manage trainer and student documentation from enrolment to completion.
- Ensure timely delivery of scheduled training while maintaining RTO compliance.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Generate reports on program outcomes, achievements, and opportunities.
