Description:

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience with strong knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a drive for process improvements.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar accounting software, with excellent English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and an analytical mindset
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting, analysis, and reporting of intercompany transactions across our global network.
- Collaborate with Paramount’s international subsidiaries and tax teams to manage legal entity agreements and facilitate smooth intercompany transactions.
- Invoice service fee recharges, monitor reports, and resolve pending issues to maintain efficiency.
- Prepare intercompany accrual journal entries and quarterly reconciliations, ensuring balance confirmations and discrepancy resolutions.
- Support special projects and audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
- Lead the migration and standardization of accounting processes, driving innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering their growth.
