Ruminant Brand Manager

THE POSITION

You will shape and develop highly effective brand strategies and execute tactical marketing plans to ensure the achievement of market share, sales and profitability targets of core focus brands within a given expenditure level and timescale. You will discover and act on market information, help Boehringer to become the preferred partner for our customers, and ensure that the respective brand achieves sustained market-leading performance.
This is a remote based role

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong commercial focus with extensive hands-on marketing experience
• Relevant market experience essential, including Digital
• In depth knowledge and experience of complex brand management
• Proven experience of managing budgets
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle deadlines and multi-task
• Knowledge of different marketing channels and tactics and the merits and drawbacks of each
• Cross-function project leadership including experience of complex projects (e.g. launches, channel changes, re-positioning)
• Highly creative and takes the initiative
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Previous Ruminant or Animal Health Experience
