Description:
ABOUT YOU
- Rural surveying experience, up to say 5 years post MRICS qualified, although candidates with both more or less experience may be considered. Package will be commensurate with experience.
- MRICS qualification; CAAV qualification would be an advantage but not essential
Responsibilities:
A varied and interesting role involving a wide range of estate management and professional consultancy work on behalf of our clients, and would suit a self-motivated and driven individual looking to progress their career.
- Estate management and associated professional work
- Property management including lease renewals, property maintenance, negotiation of leases and compensation claims amongst other tasks
- Preparation of management reports
- Residential and agricultural lettings and rent reviews
