Position: Personal Assistant to CEO
Location: Dubai, UAE

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the CEO in daily administrative tasks and business operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing a variety of tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular office hours when necessary.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
  • Meeting Coordination:
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Arrange conference calls and video conferences as needed.
  • Travel Management:
  • Arrange and manage travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO.
  • Prepare travel expense reports and manage reimbursements.
  • Office Management:
  • Ensure the CEO’s office is well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Handle personal errands and tasks as requested by the CEO.
  • Project Assistance:
  • Assist the CEO with special projects, research, and data analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on various projects and initiatives.
