Position: Personal Assistant to CEO
Location: Dubai, UAE
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the CEO in daily administrative tasks and business operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing a variety of tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work outside regular office hours when necessary.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Arrange conference calls and video conferences as needed.
- Travel Management:
- Arrange and manage travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO.
- Prepare travel expense reports and manage reimbursements.
- Office Management:
- Ensure the CEO’s office is well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Handle personal errands and tasks as requested by the CEO.
- Project Assistance:
- Assist the CEO with special projects, research, and data analysis.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on various projects and initiatives.
