As a Rust Developer in aiMotive’s Connected Navigation development team, you will have the opportunity to use your talents and expertise to design and develop new Navigation functionalities for a global, multi-brand deployment of millions of upcoming Stellantis cars over the next years. Your solid contributions are in-vehicle functionalities for our next generation Navigation Application, incorporating technologies like Rust and gRPC to shape the customer touchpoint. Job Summary

• Build navigation related in-vehicle software components in Rust
• Work on integration with target platforms (embedded Linux, Android) and third-party providers
• Improve and maintain CI – testing, validation, deployment pipeline

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering or Computer Science
• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience with either Rust or C++ (with a strong motivation to learn Rust)
• Strong written and oral English skills

We are looking for a Rust Developer who

• can take decisions in time, while dealing with uncertainties and incomplete information

• is a good team player and works well with people from different nationalities and sites

Considered as a plus

• Experience with one or more of the following technologies: gRPC, Android, embedded Linux (Yocto), Docker, Python, Kotlin, C#, Unity
• Experience in Automotive Navigation: navigation systems, route planning, destination search, map data processing, map rendering, etc.
