As a Front Desk Supervisor at Sunland RV Resorts, you will be a key player in delivering outstanding guest experiences while overseeing front desk operations. This role is vital to our mission of providing experience-driven services that foster guest loyalty and uphold the heart of hospitality.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in front desk operations within the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of hospitality management principles and guest services.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bilingual skills are a plus for enhancing guest interactions.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is preferred but not required.
• Experience with night audit processes is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest service.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes while addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Train and mentor front desk associates on best practices in hospitality and customer service.
• Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest relations and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication regarding guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of resort amenities and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
• Handle escalated guest issues with professionalism and resolve conflicts promptly.
