AS AN RVP, YOU WILL HAVE:

• Extensive experience building & managing teams of leaders and individual contributors
• Extensive experience in the Financial Services market (Banking, Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management)
• The ability to manage and motivate the team and drive them to success
• Pro-active, independent mind set with high energy and a positive attitude
• Ability to think strategically and understand the “bigger picture” along with the business drivers around it
