• Have Min 5 years’ experience in Operations, Sales and/or Supply Chain environment or demonstrated performance improving productivity with significant financial benefits.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an Engineering Discipline
• Advanced Excel and data analytic skills
• Have the ability to travel and work in other multiple Areas in NA up to 10% of time; this can flex up or down pending the region and needs.
• APICS Certification a plus, but not required
• Strategic thinking and tactical execution exposure
• Ability to act independently
• Ability to work with and influence stakeholders
• Flexible (Coachable) and adaptable to change (Change management)
• Energy, enthusiasm, and excitement for continuous improvement oriented work
• Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills: Mentoring, coaching, training, facilitating, and presentation
