Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand the S&R KPIs definitions and design the process flows to report upon the KPIs.
• Identify risks within the KPI reporting process that could impact the data reporting reliability.
• Design controls to mitigate risks identified within the KPI reporting process, consistent with the HEINEKEN Risks and Controls framework methodology and quality standards.
• Active support of the implementation and monitoring control processes by sharing best practices and suggesting improvements.
• Analyzing the internal control results for reporting to Senior Management and Global Functions.
• Building a strong network and engaging with different types and levels of stakeholders across the Global Functions and OpCos.
• Manage a team of four P&CI S&R specialists working on implementing and testing Sustainability & Responsibility controls in the Region.
• Drive Innovation that further improves maturity in S&R Control execution.

Key Experiences

• Proven 5-10 years of experience in P&CI, designing and auditing internal controls.
• University degree/Masters (e.g. in Economics, Finance or Business Administration) and professional certifications including ACCA/CIMA/RA/RE/RC/CPA or CIA/CISA/RO.
• Strong interest in internal controls over Sustainability & Responsibility (Environmental Social & Governance areas)
• Strong analytical and communication capabilities and strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive improvements, act as a change agent and have a hands-on mentality.
• Experience in managing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English, able to clearly instruct and present results to (senior) stakeholders and draft high-quality communications (e-mails, memos, and PowerPoint)
