SAA Accredited Battery and Solar PV Electrician

We are seeking an experienced Solar PV & BESS SAA Accredited Electrician with experience in domestic and commercial installation to expand our current team. In this role, you will lead a small team of staff daily, so strong leadership skills are essential. The right candidate will be highly motivated and a quick thinker.
As a solar trade services company we provide solar installation services to a number of nationally recognised solar retailers. With growing industry demand we have installations happening all over Brisbane and surrounds with work spreading into northern NSW. We are a fast paced, family run company, specialising in both residential and commercial installations.
What we are looking for:
- Qualified electrician with a minimum of 2 years experience in the solar industry.
- Proven track record of successfully installing and maintaining solar PV systems.
- Thorough understanding of solar PV system design, installation and commissioning.
- Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication abilities.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Clean driver’s licence and ability to travel to job sites as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a small team of experienced staff on various solar & battery installation projects.
- Install, maintain and repair solar systems & batteries in residential and commercial settings.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide expert advice to retailers and members of the team.
Qualifications:
- SAA Accreditation for Solar PV design and install PLUS battery design and install.
- Electrical Work Licence
- Working at Heights
- White Card

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60.00 – $70.00 per hour
