Description:
MadLab is currently looking for a highly motivated and results-driven SaaS Account Executive to join our team at NurseRecruiter. NurseRecruiter.com is a nursing job board and nurse recruitment resource dedicated to connecting nurses with employers and simplifying the hiring process for both parties. Our mission is to ensure that healthcare professionals find quality jobs and that crucial positions are not left vacant. We strive to contribute to the safe and effective delivery of healthcare by assisting in the recruitment of well-qualified practitioners.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record of success in B2B software sales, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated, with a passion for exceeding sales targets
- Experience in managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales productivity tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
- Demonstrate the value and benefits of our SaaS products through product demonstrations and presentations
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and drive customer success
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
