We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial SaaS Account Manager with a strong track record of high performance. You will be responsible for growing your current book of business, preventing account issues with a proactive approach, and establishing relationships at the C suite level. You are expected to manage a portfolio of accounts and cultivate consistent growth acting as a strategic advisor to your clients.
Responsibilities:
- Grow sales and market share through existing key customers, highlighting VCC Live’s value in enhancing customer engagement.
- Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Build relationships within accounts to uncover new opportunities.
- Develop and execute long-term strategic account plans, ensuring sustained growth and aligning customers with VCC Live’s evolving solutions and business strategies.
- Meet with decision makers (C-Suite, Contact Center Managers, IT Leaders) to address business needs and strengthen partnerships.
- Lead business reviews with key stakeholders to ensure KPIs are met and uncover improvement areas.
- Present proposals and performance data to demonstrate value and success metrics.
- Partner with Customer Success to monitor account health and drive customer satisfaction.
