Their excellent communication skills enable them to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, and they are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience, they are well-equipped to lead and succeed in a dynamic environment, meeting all necessary employment prerequisites.

As an experienced Manager, SaaS Operations Support you will lead our Application Support and DevOps teams in ensuring the optimal performance of our SaaS products. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining our technology stack, and ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and a proven track record in team leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
