A detail-oriented professional, they excel in managing resources, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines. Their excellent communication skills enable them to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, and they are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience, they are well-equipped to lead and succeed in a dynamic environment, meeting all necessary employment prerequisites.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

As an experienced Manager, SaaS Operations Support you will lead our Application Support and DevOps teams in ensuring the optimal performance of our SaaS products. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining our technology stack, and ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and a proven track record in team leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
