JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SaaS Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team and drive our revenue growth initiatives, with a primary focus on operational excellence and HubSpot CRM optimisation.
The SaaS Revenue Operations Specialist will be responsible for optimising the entire revenue cycle, from lead generation to customer retention, ensuring seamless integration between sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of SaaS business models and metrics and extensive experience with HubSpot CRM architecture and configuration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role within a SaaS company.
  • Solid functional understanding of HubSpot CRM, with strong experience in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and HubSpot CRM.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful revenue growth strategies.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills; able to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; ability to escalate problems and roadblocks as needed.
  • Clear thinker and compelling communicator – both verbal and written.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and influence up, down, and across the business. This includes influencing without authority, building alliances, and bringing a sense of calm to complex and time-sensitive situations.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision (i.e., self-starter).
  • Enthusiasm, a sense of humor, and strong interpersonal skills are highly valued.
  • You excel at breaking down complex problems and developing clear, effective processes that enable team success.
  • Ability to document automated workflows/processes in HubSpot/CRM and their integrated technologies.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of centralized revenue operations and aligning goals around the customer.
