The Opportunity: The Safe House Administrative Support Worker is responsible for assisting the Safe House Manager and Safe House team in day-to-day operations of the Safe House.
- Develop forms and templates to support project/initiatives (registration forms, waivers, etc.), record keeping (ensuring confidentiality, respect for privacy, and protection of personal information), retain and collate data for statistical purposes, prepare program reports as required and ensure requests are submitted to the manager in a timely manner
- Assist the Safe house Manager in the creation and maintenance of the Safe house operations plan and safety plan
- Assist with budget development and financial reporting requirements
- Develop culturally appropriate resources including brochures, handouts and other educational materials to raise awareness and market available services and programs

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Business Admin Diploma; or
- Diploma in Social Services; or
- Equivalent combination of training and experience.
