This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Business Support Officer to join our Safeguarding Partnership team.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

reporting to the Safeguarding Partnership Business Manager, you will co-ordinate the systems and processes that ensure organisational support is effective. Answering phone calls and responding to emails, organising large-scale meetings, preparing meeting documents and taking minutes, updating action logs, and ensuring documents are accessible on the RBWM Safeguarding website. The role also involves assisting with learning and engagement events, handling finance-related tasks such as raising purchase orders and performing other essential administrative duties.

YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE:

  • Organising, assisting, and maintaining secure business processes, and data bases related to work areas to support management reports locally and nationally – such as the safeguarding data set.
  • Provide business support and administration to partners and contributors to the Partnerships work and functions (this may include collating reports from other agencies and planning for visitors to Partnership meetings) and preparation for inspections.
  • Be a point of contact for detailed enquiries about the Partnership and the subgroups through different media including email, website, and telephone.
